N.B.: The suspension of this vehicle is based on a combination of electronically controlled level control and a nitrogen and air filled system. The pressure in the system MUST be 17 bar as output pressure after replacing the following parts such as compressor, air bellows, valve block and / or shock absorbers. A new Continental compressor can only partially compensate for the pressure difference. In short, the correct installation specifications of the manufacturer MUST be followed. If you do not follow these installation specifications, your system will continue to malfunction. If the part is damaged for this reason, this is not covered by any warranty. The complete emptying of the system is the general specification of the car manufacturer. After replacing the corresponding spare part, the system MUST be filled with CO2 or nitrogen in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's specifications. This can only be done with the appropriate software and tools. Only then is it possible to continue calibrating the level control and to put it into operation correctly.

After installing the air suspension compressor, the relay must also be replaced. Failure to do so will void the warranty. We recommend that you check the air suspension system for any leaks after installing the air suspension compressor. The most common cause of incorrect operation of the air suspension compressor is leakage in the air suspension system, usually in one of the air bellows. To ensure the operation of the air suspension compressor, leaking bellows must be replaced immediately.
